TOM Gist: Pusha T Reveals “Darkest Before Dawn” Artwork

Pusha T has unveiled the cover art for his new album.

Pusha T shared a new song from his upcoming Darkest Before Dawn album earlier today. The track, titled “M.F.T.R.,” found him reuniting with The-Dream, as well as quietly sharing the cover art for the new album.

The black-and-white cover sees Push staring into the distance as a white dove spreads its wings in front of him. It’s a fairly different approach to his debut’s minimal bar-code artwork, which came courtesy of Kanye West’s DONDA design team.

The album is due out December 18th, which should ensure he misses most of the year-end lists for 2015, but Push doesn’t generally play by the rules.

Listen to his new song here and check out the art below.

Push is celebrating the announcement with a SnapChat contest. Details can be found below.

I just picked my album artwork & I’m feeling generous… Go to my snapchat KINGPIN.PUSH for rules #DarkestBeforeDawn
